Is cash on delivery available? We do not offer cash on delivery.
Will my personal information be safe? Absolutely. We keep customer information confidential in accordance with the Membership Agreement. Disclosure is only permitted when requested by official authorities and when required by applicable mandatory legislation.
Delivery & Shipping
How much will I pay for shipping ? Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 TL or more from our website. For orders under 3,000 TL, our shipping fee is a fixed 59.90 TL.
Which shipping company will deliver my order? It will be delivered by our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.
How long will it take for my product to arrive? Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, we will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery time to your address generally varies between 1-3 business days, depending on the workload at the shipping branches.
What can I do if my order doesn't arrive? If you are not at your address on the delivery date, your order will be handed over to the shipping company's distribution office. Orders not collected from the distribution office within 3 business days will be returned to us. Once your order is returned to us, we will try to contact you and inform you about resending your order. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel your order and refund the order fee to you in the same way you paid.
Return Procedures
What is your return policy ? You can return unused products with intact tags, in resalable condition, and complete accessories within 15 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with return shipping costs borne by the customer. For products returned without paying the shipping fee, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the shipping cost and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.
How do I return it? 1. To initiate a return request, please send an email to hello@theorganizedmess.com. Do not send the package directly to us without first creating a return request; packages sent this way will not be processed and will be returned to you. 2. The product you return must be in its original packaging, completely undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories.
