Warranty Conditions

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

The following points should be considered when returning products:

-The return period is 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 15-day period.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For products sent without paying the return shipping cost, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the shipping cost and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.

-You can return your products using the shipping company indicated in the return process.

- The Organized Mess is absolutely not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return process. Once the products arrive back to us undamaged and complete, the refund amount for the product(s) will be credited to you via the method you used for payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card may vary depending on your bank. The Organized Mess does not determine this timeframe.

-We do not accept returns for single-use products or products that spoil quickly or are likely to expire.

The packaging or labels on clothing and bag products must be undamaged and unremoved.

The protective seal on the product box for diffuser and candle products has not been opened.

They can be returned if they are defective.

-If the products reach us in a used, worn, or washed condition, no refund will be given.

-To return items from your orders, please send the product you wish to return, along with its invoice, to our company address via courier, covering the shipping cost yourself. Our support team will contact you regarding your returned items.

Product returns and exchanges are governed by the practices stipulated in the Law No. 6052 on Consumer Protection.

Return Steps

- Return steps:

1) Items not yet shipped: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and your item has not yet been shipped by us, please send an email to hello@theorganizedmess.com to cancel your purchase immediately.

2) Products already shipped; You can return your product within 15 days of receiving your order. To create a return request, please send an email to hello@theorganizedmess.com. Do not send the package directly to us without creating a return request; packages sent this way will not be processed and will be returned to you.

3) The product you return must be in its original packaging, completely undamaged, unused, and complete with all accessories. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The shipping fee you paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable; please keep this in mind when making your purchases.

4) No refunds will be issued for incomplete, damaged, used items, or items for which a return request has not been submitted via email, after 15 days of receipt.

5) After properly packaging the items you wish to return, you can send them to the following address, covering the shipping cost:

Refund

The amount for your cancelled order will be refunded to you via the payment method you used to place your order.

In this respect;

  1. For orders placed using a credit card/debit card, refunds will be credited to your card. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card or in your account may vary depending on your bank.

 

  1. Refunds for installment payments made via credit card will be processed by the relevant bank in the same number of installments.

 

  1. For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, the refund will be transferred to your account via bank transfer/EFT once your refund request is approved.
